Our Click & Collect Service - Orders placed before 2pm will be ready for collection the same day. Orders after 2pm

will beready the next day for collection, customers will be contacted when there order is ready to collect

 Highlands and Offshore orders containing paint  related products can not be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We use a courier

service which will add an additional charge to your order at the checkout stage.

Returns

Should the items received from Autopaint St Helens fail to meet your expectations, you may return them for a credit or an exchange item.

Please return goods within 7 days of despatch, in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging to our Returns Department (please contact Autopaint prior to any returns).

Accompany all returns with your name, address & order number and state the reason for return. State clearly, exactly what action you wish us to take upon receiving the returned goods.

Goods returned that have been incorrectly ordered by customers will be subject to a return carriage charge.

Custom Mixed Paints returns that are due to external factors ie: shipping delays, these will be at our discretion

As stated on our aerosols, touch up pots, tinned paint etc always check colour before use as no responsibilty can be be accepted

for mismatches after use.
